They partnered with V Digital Services to effectively run Google paid ads while leveraging first-party data to drive more leads from individuals looking for franchise opportunities.

Strategy:

In response to their challenge, we formulated a strategy that revolved around the utilization of our new first-party data solution, Prospect Hub. After placing a pixel on their site, we have been able to resolve about 25% of all web users that visit their site. We then harnessed this data using it as an account-level signal for Google Display ads which was their top-funnel, non-converting channel.

With access to first-party data, 1-800-PLUMBER® + Air has been able to generate improved phone call volume, email clicks, and form submissions.
