• Any 3rd party login credentials: We will need “administrator” access. Integration examples: Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, 3rd party domains to process payments/orders, scheduling programs, embedded contact forms, etc

** Make sure to log in to the Google email account that is an administrator on the needed accounts.

NOTE: If you do not have any of the below accounts, we will create it on your behalf and add you as an admin.

For all web services please manually add us to the below accounts using [email protected]

• WordPress Website Access: We will need “administrator” access provided to the above email.
• Current Host Access: This is where your website is currently hosted. We need your login URL, username, and password to the website host. Examples: GoDaddy, Hostgator, Blue Host, AWS, etc.
• Domain Registrar: This is where your domain was originally purchased. We need either your logins or delegated access to the registrar to the email [email protected]. Examples: Godaddy.com, networksolutions.com or Domain Name service like DNSMadeeasy.com. Unsure what DNS provider you have? Use this link here to check your website. If using GoDaddy please delegate access to the above email following these instructions. If you have a different DNS provider, here is a list of instructions for other common DNS providers.
