Google Ads

Please use the below form and instructions to start onboarding and granting us access to the accounts we will need for Google Ads.

NOTE: If you do not have any of the below accounts, we can create it on your behalf and add you as an admin.

We will need you to manually add us to the below accounts using mastervoicemedia3@gmail.com.

• Website (CMS):
  We will need “admin” access to be able to place the tracking code on the back end of your site
• Any 3rd party login credentials:
  We will need “admin” access. Integration examples: Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, 3rd party domains to process payments/orders, scheduling programs, embedded contact forms, etc

For the below accounts please click the blue connect button to start granting us access.

** You will need to log in to the Google email account associated with the needed accounts.

• Google Analytics:
  We will need “Administrator” access at the Account Level.
• Google Tag Manager:
  We will need “Administrator” access.
• Google Ad Account (If applicable):
  We will need ‘Manager’ access to mastervoicemedia@gmail.com
• Google Business Profile (If applicable):
  We will need access for the ad extensions, please grant ‘Manager’ access to: ID: 5533564612

Facebook & Instagram Ads

Please use the below form and instructions to start onboarding and granting us access to the accounts we will need for Facebook & Instagram Ads

NOTE: If you do not have any of the below accounts, we can create it on your behalf and add you as an admin.

  We will need to be added as a Partner with “Facebook Access” level access
• Facebook Ads Manager:
  We will need to be added as a Partner with “Manage Ad Account” level access
• Facebook Page:
  We will need to be added as a Partner with “Manage Page” level access to your page
• Instagram Page:
  We will need to be added as a Partner with “Content” level access to your page
• Domain:
  We will need to be added as a Partner with Full Control “Manage Domain” level access
• Pixel:
  We will need to be added as a Partner with Full Control “Manage Pixel” level access

Social Media Management Access

Please use the below form and instructions to start onboarding and granting us access to the accounts we will need for Social Media Management.

We will need you follow the instructions to add us to the below accounts if you have signed up for us to manage those:

• Twitter:
  We will need your login credentials for this page
• Linkedin:
  We will need to be added as an Admin user to your page. Please follow these instructions.

For the below accounts please click the blue connect button to start granting us access.

** You can SKIP everything but the areas for your Facebook and Instagram page.

• Facebook Page:
  We will need to be added as a Partner with “Facebook Access” level access to your page to Business Manager ID: 932350963448389
• Instagram Page:
  We will need to be added as a Partner with “Facebook Access” level access to your page to Business Manager ID: 932350963448389
• Instagram Page:
  We also need the actual login credential for Instagram

Reputation Management

Please use the below form and instructions to start onboarding and granting us access to the accounts we will need for Reputation Management.

We will need you follow the instructions below to add us to the accounts if you have signed up for us to manage those platforms:

• Yelp:
  We will need your login credentials for this account
• Trip Advisor:
  We will need your login credentials for this account
• Others:
  We will need your login credentials for this account

For the below accounts please click the blue connect button to start granting us access.

** You will need to log in to the Google email account that is an owner on your Google Business Profile.

• Facebook Page:
  Please add us as a Partner with “Admin” or “Facebook Access” level access to your page to Business Manager ID: 932350963448389
• Google Business Profile
  please grant ‘Manager’ access to to admin@online-review-manager.com
• Instagram Page:
  We also need the actual login credential for Instagram

Web

For Web Maintenance and Hosting please manually add us to the below accounts using agency-it@voicemediagroup.com.

• Website (CMS):
  We will need “admin” access to be able to place the tracking code on the back end of your site
• CPanel:
  We will need your login credentials for this, along with your CPanel login URL
• DNS:
  If using GoDaddy please delegate access to the above email, otherwise we will need your login credentials for this, along with your DNS login URL
