VDS Improves Organic SEO Services for Clients

V Digital Services has enhanced our Organic SEO process to better serve clients. To eliminate FUD – fear, uncertainty, and doubt – the Organic Specialists have been given more freedom to individually tailor campaigns based on the needs of the client. This new structure helps to remedy common issues early on in the campaign that competing agencies could call us out on. It will also allow the specialists to more easily measure the success of each individual optimization they perform by spacing out the various optimizations.

As the SEO landscape continues to change and our agency continues to grow, we must also adapt our strategies. While our publications can provide highly authoritative links, diversification is a key component that we will take more advantage of in the new year. In 2017, we are growing our Link Acquisition team and will be working to obtain links in the form of guest posts, additional niche/geo citations, infographics and video. All of these efforts will lead to more successful campaigns for our clients.

To provide ongoing value for all our Organic clients, standard clients will begin receiving one piece of content per month starting in January. For each client, the Content Strategist and Organic Specialist on the account will determine whether page content, blog post or other content will be most beneficial for the customer’s website.

New Team Members

Priya Manhas: Project Coordinator

Priya was born and raised in Victoria, BC, which is located on the west coast of Canada. She grew up surrounded by ocean, mountains, trees and natural beauty and, as a result, loves being active and outdoors!

While completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree, she double-specialized in Entrepreneurship and Service Management. After graduation, Priya worked as an HR Analyst and Project Coordinator for a local community event. Bringing her business mindset to both positions, while applying skills in Service Management, Priya provided the highest level of service excellence to her colleagues and clients.

With her recent relocation to Phoenix, she is excited to explore what the city has to offer and soak up some sun!


Nicollette Dineen: Account Manager – Social Sprints

Nicollette is social media obsessed and has been for the last five years. She graduated with a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from LIM College in New York City. During her time in NYC, she held various editorial and social media internships. Nicollette has also dabbled in web design and branding. She has followed her love of social media and is our new Account Manager overseeing Social Sprints. She is deeply excited to further grow the paid social media department.

Nicollette is also pursuing her MS in Digital Advertising from Syracuse University. When she isn’t working, she loves to do Pilates and hang out with her six-year-old son Maddox and their Labradoodle.



Michael Palladino: Social Media Specialist

Michael is a largely self-taught Social Media Specialist who has created content for various projects in the Phoenix Metro area, such as the annual Bird City Comedy Festival. His ambition and interest in all things social media has earned him great opportunities and opened many doors in both his professional and personal lives. He’s excited to bring his talents to V Digital Services.

Outside the workplace, Michael has performed stand-up comedy since 2012, with varying (“scarce,” he says) success. He has a strong interest in comedy writing, and his work has been published in outlets such as “The Hard Times” and “Hard Style.”

Katie Blalock: Content Strategist

Katie is a creative spirit and goal-oriented professional who discovered her love for writing when she was eight years old. After years of composing poetry, songs, blog posts, and books, she came to understand that words have immense power and decided to commit herself to optimizing their impact.

While pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communications at ASU, Katie worked at an agency that opened her eyes to the fascinating world of digital marketing. She quickly fell in love with the idea of creating strategic content to enhance a company’s brand, online presence, and revenue.

Katie currently specializes in organic content marketing, but she aspires to branch out and become an expert in all things digital marketing – including web development, UX design, technical SEO, paid search, photography, and videography. Katie looks forward to honing her skills and growing her digital marketing knowledge working at V Digital Services.

Multi-Care Medical, with South Florida locations in Pembroke Pines, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples, recognized the need to improve their digital presence to drive more foot traffic, leads and visibility on major search engines and social channels.

They started their Organic and Local campaign with V Digital Services in November of 2015 and have since added a social professional campaign and are working with VDS on a new website build.
Their campaign performance highlights include:

  • 458 organic website sessions in Dec. 2016 (874% increase vs. previous year)
  • 421 unique organic website visitors in Dec. 2016 (1,037% increase vs. previous year)
  • 773 organic page views in Dec. 2016 (578% increase vs. previous year)
  • 1,386 organic website sessions in Q4 of 2016 (82% increase from Q3)
  • 1,179 unique organic website visitors in Q4 of 2016 (101% increase vs. previous year)
  • Ranking for 192 keywords with an average ranking of page 1 on Google (started with none at baseline)
  • 71% increase in total fans across all social channels in December 2016
  • 42.5% increase in impressions across all social channels in December 2016

The success of this campaign is attributed to the integrated approach between VDS and the Multi-Care Medical marketing teams to increase visibility and lead volume by being a trusted source for injury-related and symptom-related searches.

Using a long-tail keyword strategy and populating answers to highly searched questions within our blog content has grown Multi-Care Medical’s organic presence and led to additional opportunities via social media.

An integrated approach with Organic and Local SEO – as well as Social Media – continues to be a proven method to enhance brand visibility, increase lead volume, and drive local traffic for businesses.
