They were getting beat in their own backyard, identifying 7 zip codes surrounding their dealership where their competitors were outselling them. They needed a strategy to boost sales and dominate their market.

The key to dominating their market started by being found. We needed to optimize their existing Google My Business listing and to launch new ones specifically for Parts and Service. Organic SEO was deployed as a long-term strategy to improve rank for non-branded keywords as well as specific Ford brands. Social media combined evergreen posts about new Ford vehicles mixed with localized content specific to their dealership. Meanwhile, a multi-faceted paid strategy was rolled out using Google Ads to help create short-term gains and begin to overtake the competition.
The crown jewel of the strategy is a local ad campaign running on Google Maps to capture people looking to go to a Ford dealer right now. Foot traffic is the most important meaningful action any campaign can drive for a dealership, and this local campaign drives LOTS of it. The result? Midway has consistently ranked in the top 3 dealerships in their division every month for nearly two years since we started our campaigns with them.
