jmurrayJared Murray – Account Manager

Jared spent several years as a freelance writer and digital strategist before joining our team. Through digital marketing, he has seen the opportunity to leverage and seamlessly combine both creativity and analysis in order to grow local businesses. He is energized not only when it comes to crafting a successful campaign for clients, but also one that emphasizes their story and unique voice. In his spare time, he is typically found rock climbing, camping, and hiking with his girlfriend and two dogs. He’s passionate about travel and experiencing different cultures, having lived in Jamaica and South Africa for a year each.

Jaryn has been in the digital marketing industry since 2014, working with local start-ups and expanding her knowledge in SEO, PPC, social media, and analytical reporting. Her passion and goals in writing are what pushed her to pivot her career direction to the digital marketing sector.

Jason has been writing code for the last 10 years, doing graphic design/video/animation for the last 15 years and worked for SMB clients at Facebook as a Marketing Expert for advertisers. Jason fell in love with digital marketing at Facebook, especially advanced tracking methods and pixel setup. He is also in love with Shopify web builds and spends his spare time building ecommerce websites.

Arise Music Festival is a musically diverse, festival-wonderland experience featuring seven stages of live music, yoga, workshops, theme camps, art gallery and installations, children’s village, speakers, films, and campaigns on 100 beautiful mountain valley acres in Loveland, Colorado.

The client’s business objective was to utilize Facebook ads in order to drive online ticket sales through their EventBrite checkout page. In order to successfully achieve this business objective, Miguel Torres and Adrianna Ovnicek implemented the following strategy to drive client success:

  • Implement Facebook pixel tracking with EventBrite in order to track checkout and report back on ROI.
  • Utilize video ads advertising in order to easily and quickly connect with users that are fans of bands in the Arise lineup, while also targeting users who have an interest in their workshops (Ex: yoga lovers). All video ads were placed on the Westword Facebook page in order to leverage the publication’s reputation and following.
  • Once users engaged with the initial video ad but did not purchase a ticket, a remarketing campaign kicked in and would display another click-to-website ad.

The campaign strategy was able to not only drive a large ROI but successfully meet and exceed the client’s business objectives. To date, the campaign has spent a total of $1,898.39 resulting in:

    • Impressions: 114,682
    • Clicks: 3,169
    • Conversions: 608
    • Conversion value: $16,467.62

Social sprits have seen huge success for event-based campaigns mainly because of the precise targeting methods that Facebook allows us to access. Arise Music Festival is one of several examples of how to utilize Facebook ads to drive ticket sales for events in your local community.
